What does Shelfie actually do?
From one product photo it generates 4 images showing the product in use, and writes the SEO copy for six marketplaces.
How many images are in a set?
4: hero, in use, detail and arrangement. They are told apart by framing.
Which marketplaces are supported?
Trendyol, Hepsiburada, n11, Amazon, Etsy and Shopify — each written to its own title length and tag rules.
What language is the copy written in?
Turkish or English — you choose before generating.
Credits
What is a credit?
One image at 1K costs one credit. 2K costs 1.5 and 4K costs 2.
Do my credits expire?
Credits bought as packs do not expire. Plan credits renew each period.
Is the marketplace copy charged separately?
On Free and Starter it costs 1 credit per project; on Pro and Business it is included. Outside the free plan, generating it is optional.
Do I get my credit back if an image fails?
Yes. Every failed image is refunded automatically.
Output Quality
Is the logo on my product preserved?
It is preserved from your reference as far as possible, and the prompt requires it explicitly — but no AI can guarantee this completely.
Do I really need a source photo?
Yes. Generation starts from your photo; it does not imagine the product from nothing.
Can I regenerate an image I do not like?
Yes, one at a time. A regeneration spends credits too.
Billing
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period; your plan continues unchanged until then.
What happens when I change plan?
An upgrade bills the difference immediately and adds the credit difference. Downgrades and switches to monthly take effect at period end — time you have paid for is never cut short.
Where can I see my invoices?
On the Billing page in your panel; every payment is listed with its numbered invoice and PDF.
Data and Privacy
What are my uploaded photos used for?
Only for your own generations. They are not used to train models.
Can I have my data deleted?
Yes. On request your account and every project, image and text attached to it are permanently deleted.
